Rupert is an accomplished Senior Executive Consultant and Thought Leader with more than 35 years of success in the architecture, energy and solar, hospitality, K-12, healthcare, and residential industries. Leveraging extensive experience in project portfolio planning and design management, Rupert is an asset for companies seeking assistance with a capital plan, funding options and viability analysis, architectural advising, and energy and environmental
design. His key areas of expertise include architectural design, management strategic planning, problem solving, and leadership.
Throughout his career, held the position of Capital Improvement Program Officer with Prince George’s County Public Schools, Department of Capital Programs, where he was responsible for an annual budget exceeding $120M for more than 200 facilities. Over Rupert’s tenure at PGCPS, he secured over $1.7B plus in funding for capital improvement projects. Currently Rupert is President and Architect at Macgen & Associates Consulting LLC; Managing

He is responsible for providing solutions regarding capital improvement and capital planning, architectural design solutions for permitting and construction, K-12 consulting, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) consulting, and real estate development and investor solutions.
Rupert received a B.A. Cum Laude, Architecture and Planning, from Howard University, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class, in 1986 and an Environmental Sustainability Project Management Certification from Kaplan University in 2011.
He is involved with a variety of organizations, including American Institute of Architects, United States Green Building Council, Green Building Institute, and a number or Real Estate Development Groups in the DC Metro Area.
Gwen McCave

Gwen McCave is a realtor licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Prior to her real estate career, she was a Senior IT Officer with over 30 years of achievements in customer service, information technology and client relations at the World Bank Group in Washington D.C. Her expertise in management, global affairs and intercultural communication have led her to work overseas in Singapore, Turkey, Japan and Peru where she applied her extensive knowledge in information technology to support hundreds of high-level officials, senior staff and delegates. Known for her friendly demeanor and can-do attitude, she is well equipped with the agility to adapt to today’s rapid technology changes. Gwen received a B.A. in Information Technology and an M.A. in Information Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her widespread knowledge of the D.C. metropolitan area and expertise in project management have inspired her founding of RGM Real Estate Solutions in hopes of improving the lives of DMV residents by providing high quality real estate opportunities.
